GUARANTEED SERVICE LEVELS

Qualified Preferred Vendor Partners receive guaranteed service levels they count on to close each deal.

We guarantee that we will:

  • Provide a credit decision for applications up to $250,000 within one (1) business hour.
  • Deliver documents to you or your customer within two (2) business hours after credit approval.
  • Issue a Purchase Order, upon receipt of original documents, within two (2) business hours.
  • Provide same business day funding via ACH for transactions after we receive the invoice, customer acceptance and verbal verification by 2:30 p.m. Eastern time.

COMPENSATION

If we do not meet these standards within our normal business hours and you are dissatisfied, we will compensate you with a $50 gift card.*
