Platinum Partner Guarantee

Your customers’ opinion of your leasing partner reflects on you. You can be confident that the service to your customers will always be prompt, courteous and professional. If you agree, then our Platinum Partner Guarantee Program is for you.

GUARANTEED SERVICE LEVELS

Qualified Preferred Vendor Partners receive guaranteed service levels for every deal. We guarantee that we will:

  • Provide a credit decision for applications up to $500,000 within one (1) business hour.
  • Deliver documents to you or your customer within 2 hours of credit approval.
  • Issue a purchase order upon receipt of signed documents, within two (2) business hours.
  • Provide same business day funding via ACH for transactions after receiving the invoice, customer acceptance and verbal confirmation before 2:30 pm eastern time.

COMPENSATION

If we do not meet these standards within our normal business hours and you are dissatisfied, we will compensate you with a $50 gift card. (Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Contact your local Regional Sales Manager for details.)
